Not at this price. The plug-in library is free, and it's a useful supplement to logging, even in standalone mode. Use it as a product development aid; when you're ready to deploy, purchase a subscription to the Trouble Notification Service. The service fee is far less than the cost of building new software.

Flexibility

The service is structured so companies can start small, and grow as their needs change. Start a pilot project with a monthly or quarterly license (there's no extra charge for a shorter term). Extend the license term online; add a second license to separate customer-generated reports from those found by internal testing.

Full-detail reports are great for Engineering and Support, but other people need to be aware of trouble. Set them up for summarized notices, or reports from only one particular software product.

User Input Options
